The location was marvellous, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Arktikum Museum. Besides, it was within a close distance from downtown, that worked for us.

The location here is great and nice, within easy walking distance of Lordi's Square, making it a perfect place for sightseeing and lots of fun.

The room was beautifully designed with a comfy bed, climate control, personal safe, and flat-screen television, and the bathrooms were reasonably spacious with a tub.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly receptionist at Crystal Arctic Suites. She went out of her way to provide helpful recommendations for restaurants in Rovaniemi. Our suite even had its own sauna, which added a touch of luxury to our stay.

The bedroom could get a bit warm, but opening the window in the living room helped with ventilation. Additionally, it would have been nice to have some non-blockout curtains to allow natural light without sacrificing privacy.

I had a delightful stay at Crystal Arctic Suites. The room was beautifully decorated with cozy furs and Christmas decorations, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. The modern bathroom with the waterfall shower was a highlight, and the big screen TV provided entertainment during my downtime. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. The breakfast, although consisting of cold sandwiches, was tasty and the room had a mini-fridge stocked with various items. The courteous lady at the reception counter was friendly and went out of her way to assist me. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel for its cozy ambiance and comfortable amenities.

The Perfect Winter Wonderland Experience: As I opened the door to my cozy room, I was greeted by the welcoming warmth of the air conditioning. It felt like stepping into a sun-lit oasis in the midst of a winter wonderland. With a flick of the flat-screen TV, I indulged in some cable channel entertainment as I sipped on a freshly brewed coffee from the in-room coffee machine. The shower was rejuvenating, and the complimentary toiletries made me feel pampered. The wardrobe offered ample space for me to store my winter gear, ensuring that everything was easily accessible.

Nightmare at Late Check-In: Unfortunately, a small hiccup occurred during our late check-in. A mix-up with the keys resulted in us being assigned the wrong room.

This place is conveniently located just off the city center, with many good restaurants, an art museum, and it's easy to access Korundi museum from there.

We could easily walk to nearby attractions and shops, and there was even a big K mart just a short distance away. the room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed and clean sheets. the bathroom was well-maintained, and the service provided by the staff was excellent. the breakfast spread offered a variety of delicious options to start our day. We also enjoyed the gorgeous view from our room, especially during our next autumn visit in the city. It was also nice to have the railway station nearby for easy transportation.

The rooms at Crystal Arctic Suites were absolutely amazing! I felt like I was in the middle of nature with the beautiful garden view from my balcony. The flat-screen TV and air conditioning were a nice touch.

Personally, I didn't really need a kitchen fitted with a dishwasher. But hey, others might appreciate it!
